Service Description

Shirodhara is an Ayurvedic treatment that includes gently pouring liquids over the forehead and is one of the Panchakarma procedures. The words shiro and dhara are derived from Sanskrit. Oil, milk, buttermilk, coconut water, or even plain water can be utilised in shirodhara depending on what is being treated. Eye problems, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, greying of hair, neurological disorders, memory loss, insomnia, hearing impairment, tinnitus, vertigo, Ménière's disease, and some forms of skin diseases including psoriasis have all been treated with Shirodhara. Shirodhara therapy frequency depends on doshas, determined by your practitioner.
